The reason I came to physical therapy was to relieve a condition I was experiencing due to scoliosis. Throughout my time at Dutch PT I learned what I need to do for myself on a daily basis in order to feel my best. I also worked on my posture and learned how to reconfigure my office setup in order to keep my back in good shape. This experience was well worth it and now I feel I can keep going to the gym on my own to continue my progress.
