Sports Injury Rehabilitation

The goal of our sports injury rehabilitation program at Dutch PT is to restore flexibility, strength, posture, endurance and mechanics, while increasing mobility, balance, agility, technique, and sports specific strengthening.

With a full program facilitated by a physical therapist, you will receive expert care by someone who shares your passion for sports and understands your goals. They will help you return to your activity quickly and give you the knowledge to prevent further sports related injuries.

The most commonly treated sport injuries include, but are not limited to:

  • Muscle strain
  • Joint sprain
  • Meniscus tear
  • ACL tear
  • Runner’s knee
  • ITB syndrome
  • Rotator cuff tendinitis
  • Labral tear
  • Swimmer’s shoulder
  • Tennis elbow
  • Golfer’s elbow
  • Muscle spasm
